The Moscow Combat Revue (莫斯科華撃団 Mosukuwa Kagekidan?) was a WLOF sponsored combat revue stationed in Moscow, Russia.

The Moscow Revue was killed by Valery Kaminski, a powerful immortal human, in 1941 before the events of Sakura Wars The Animation and is currently defunct.

Later, Kaminski created a fake Moscow Revue in order attempted to kidnap Klara M. Ruzhkova under the guise of her being a former member but they were defeated by Sakura Amamiya and the rest of the Flower Division.

History[]

In 1941, during one particular night, the Moscow Combat Revue was sent to Petrograd by the WLOF to retrieve Klara M. Ruzhkova, a young girl who is actually a Nadezhda, a human/demon hybrid. However, the airship carrying the Moscow Combat Revue got involved in a major accident which was caused by Valery Kaminski, a mysterious man who is pursuing Klara for her powers. Klara, who was waiting on the ground nearby, witnesses the attack and developed amnesia as a result of the explosion. A week after the attack, Klara, who is believed to be the last surviving member of the Moscow Combat Revue, was rescued by the WLOF and found herself pursued by a mysterious vigilante and Leyla, another Nadezhda who is working with Kaminski. The young girl is rescued by the group of Seijuro Kamiyama of the Imperial Combat Revue, Lancelot of the London Combat Revue and Elise of the Berlin Combat Revue. After that, Seijuro takes Klara to Tokyo to leave her in the care of the Imperial Combat Revue's Flower Division.

Afterwards, a new organization led by Valery Kaminski, claiming to be the surviving and reformed ''New Moscow Combat Revue'' appears in Tokyo to meet up with the Imperial Combat Revue who is sheltering Klara. The Revue demands for Klara to be handed over to them but the Flower Division refuses as they cannot allow a defenceless amnesiac girl to be in the hands of strangers. The Flower Division eventually learns that the Moscow Combat Revue truly perished in the explosion of their airship and that Kaminski's group are actually imposters. Kaminski's campaign to rule the world ends when the Flower Division, with the help of other Revues, destroys Kaminski and the Sevastopol.

While Klara officially joins the Imperial Combat Revue's Flower Division, Leyla, who actually survived the Sevastopol's destruction, is the last remaining member of imposter Moscow Combat Revue as she uses a crystal to open a portal to Shadow Tokyo.

Members[]

Moscow Combat Revue[]

The Moscow Combat Revue has met its demise near Petrograd, Russia while trying to pick up Klara M. Ruzhkova. By traveling around Russia during a mission, Seijuro Kamiyama has confirmed that all members have perished in the destruction of their airship. The identity of all members is unknown.

New Moscow Combat Revue[]

The New Moscow Combat Revue are a group of imposters led by Valery Kaminski, the man behind the attack that destroyed the Moscow Combat Revue along with its members. Posing as Russia's anti-demon squandron, the group pretended to have survived the attack and have come to Tokyo to retrieve ''their'' member Klara M. Ruzhkova but are actually seeking Klara's powers. Only two members are known as the others are actually mechanical dolls disguised with long robes and masks (by pretending they were severly burned due to the incident).
