Arthur is the captain of the London Combat Revue's Knights of the Round Table division.
Appearance[]
Arthur is an English man with blond hair and a bowl haircut. He wears the London Combat Revue uniform which is yellow.
Personality[]
Arthur was raised as a proper English-gentleman and to follow the Knight’s Code of Chivalry and always plays fairly.
While he is popular among the ladies due to his seriousness and gentlemanliness, his attitude becomes pretentious and aggressive once he switches on in battle.

Born from England's knight nobility, Arthur upholds his name-title with honor along with the "Divine Sword Excalibur" passed down by his family for generations.
History[]
New Sakura Wars[]
In 1940, Arthur and the London Combat Revue, arrive in Japan to join the WLOF games. They check in a hotel in wait for the games to begin.
When Seijuro Kamiyama and Sakura Amamiya arrive at the hotel to meet the Revue, Sakura finds herself in a sword battle against Lancelot. Arthur tells Lancelot to stop the battle.
New Sakura Wars the Animation[]
Episode 8 : Nonstop Chaos! The Combat Revue Challenge![]
In 1941, Arthur and his London Combat Revue comrade, Lancelot, are sitting in a hotel watching the live competition between the Imperial Combat Revue and the Moscow Combat Revue.
After Hatsuho dazzles everyone with her traditional Japanese dancing, Lancelot likes the shrine maiden's performance but Arthur says that she is going to need more than to win. After Leyla wins the round with her performance of the Black Swan ballet, Lancelot is surprised as she expected the results to be more even but Arthur says that the judges are old-fashioned European men that probably choose the dance that they knew the most.
Episode 10 : The Destruction of Tokyo? The Rage of Tunguska![]
Arthur and his London Combat Revue comrade, Lancelot, are sitting in a hotel watching Valery Kaminski's live worldwide broadcast as he destroys a mountain near Tokyo with the Rage of Tunguska, a massive cannon powered by a captured Klara's powers. After demonstrating his powers, Kaminski gives all of the world governments an ultimatum : disband and recognize him as their supreme ruler or be destroyed.
Episode 12 : The Grand Finale! Hope for Tomorrow![]
Following Valery Kaminski's death, Arthur is in his hotel room drinking a cup of tea as he watches Klara doing her first stage performance with the Imperial Combat Revue's Flower Division on television.
