Summary[]
After Seijuro left again for another mission, Sakura makes it her duty to give her new comrade Klara a tour of the Imperial Theater and present her to the rest of the Flower Division. While exploring the city with her, both girls are attacked by a mysterious black-caped assaillant who aims to capture Klara. With the help of a mysterious vigilante known as White Cape, the Flower Division succeeds in protecting Klara but the plot tickens as a mysterious airship appears over Tokyo, housing the Moscow Combat Revue which was thought to be destroyed.
