Klara M. Ruzhkova (クラーラ・M・ルシコバ ) is a member of the second generation Imperial Combat Revue's Flower Division.
Appearance[]
Klara is a young Russian girl with platinum hair and blue eyes. She wears black ribbons on the side of her hair braids.
Klara wears a black dress with a red ribbon, square patterns and red and green motifs. Underneath her dress, she wears a white long sleeved shirt with red lines and dark green Xs. She also wears white stockings with white shoes. She has black socks.
After awakening her powers as a Nadezhda, Klara now has white angel-like wings on her back in contrast to her sister's black wings.
Personality[]
Klara is a shy girl who, after witnessing the downfall of the Moscow Combat Revue before her, developed feelings of uneasiness around other people. Arriving in a new country, along with meeting new people, has made her fearful of her surrondings. When confronted or captured by an enemy, Klara mostly stands still in fear or calls her friends for help as she doesn't know how to face such enemies.
At first, she only had trust for Seijuro Kamiyama as he's the one who rescued her in Russia . As such, she was nervous to see him leave her behind in Tokyo. However, Klara opened herself to the members of the Imperial Combat Revue's Flower Division, especially Sakura who promised to watch over her in Seijuro's absence.
Klara is very sweet and cares about her friends who have gently welcomed her as part of the family. As the series progress, Klara is shown to mature quite a bit as she acknowledges that the Flower Division is her new family that watches over her. After Klara recovers her memories, she is shown to stand up against her older sister Leyla who questions her decision to stay with the Flower Division. She believes that when a friend is hurt or sad, it's up to her to help and make them feel better. She also has child-like curiosity and has developed interest in things befitting her age such as taking care of a stray kitten and going on a ''date'' with Seijuro and Sakura.
One of Klara's key relations is with her older sister Leyla. Before regaining her memories, Klara is shown to fear Leyla as she doesn't recognize her. After remembering everything, Klara is shown to love her sister a lot. While she doesn't share her sister's views that nobody will ever accept them on account of being ''monsters'', Klara respects her sister and tries to tell her that her way of thinking is wrong. After being rescued by Leyla, Klara is happy to be with her before seeing the former being seemingly killed by a massive fire. Her shock and horror of witnessing her sister's death causes Klara to turn into a fiery-like monster consumed by rage.
Background[]
Klara and her sister Leyla were born in Moscow, Russia. Both sisters were part of a secret project which involved creating human and demon hybrids known as Nadezhda. Both girls were under the care of Natalia Ruzhkova, one of the main scientists involved in the project who hoped that the Nadezhda will lead towards a new age of coexistence between humans and demons. Natalia treated Klara and Leyla as her daughters and live a happy life together.
One day, Valery Kaminski joined the project as a volunteer while promising he will further Natalia's research. However, Kaminski, who secretly desired the rule the world, seduced Leyla into joining him in his plans. Unaware to Klara herself, it was revealed that she had more power and potential than her older sister which caused Kaminski's obsession with her. Not wanting Klara to fall into Kaminski's hands, Natalia contacted the WLOF to tell them about Kaminski and to protect Klara. The WLOF responded by sending the Moscow Combat Revue to pick up Klara near Petrograd.
During one particular night, in the outskirts of Petrogard, Klara was waiting to meet up with the Moscow Combat Revue as planned but sees the group being attacked by Kaminski's forces in front of her, causing the airship to crash and kill the entire Revue. Klara fell unconscious for a bit and woke up to find flames of the airship around her causing her to scream in horror. Klara was found unscratched by the incident but without a single memory of what happened before. As a response to the mysterious incident, the WLOF deploys members from Revues around the globe to secure Klara who was considered to be the sole survivor of the Moscow Combat Revue.
History[]
Sakura Wars the Animation[]
Episode 1 : The Curtain Rises! The New Combat Revue[]
A week after the attack on the Moscow Combat Revue, Klara is aboard a train when a mysterious white-caped woman appears and attacks Klara's bodyguards. The young girl is then taken by White Cape who is attacked by a black-winged demon also in pursuit of Klara. Both opponents then fight on top of the train for Klara until their battle is interrupted by three individuals: Lancelot of the London Combat Revue, Elise of the Berlin Combat Revue and Seijuro Kamiyama of the Imperial Combat Revue (all three were dispatched to investigate the mysterious disappearance of the Moscow Combat Revue). After the three individuals suggest White Cape to release Klara, the woman did so before leaving the scene. However, the black-winged demon attacked still insisting on retrieving Klara. After a small fight, the demon flew away in the dark night. An unconscious Klara is then secured by Seijuro making the rescue operation a success as Elise says the rest is up to Kamiyama and the WLOF.
After that night, it was decided that Klara should leave Russia as her two assailants are still at large. Seijuro then decides to bring the young girl along with him to Tokyo, Japan. Klara and Seijuro arrive at the Imperial Theater as they are greeted by Sakura Amamiya. Slightly frightened, Klara hides behind Seijuro's back when Sakura asks to know who she is. The rest of the Flower Division arrives to greet Seijuro but are surprised to see their captain come back from a secret mission with a new girl. When Azami asks for Klara's identity, the young man introduces her while telling the frightened girl that he trusts the girls whith his life. He then says that Klara will join the Flower Division as part of a trial basis much to the other girls' surprise. When Sakura expresses her shock at the idea of an unknown young girl joining the Flower Division, Klara nods. While the girls go back to the dressing room to prepare themselves for the show, a timid Klara stays close to Seijuro as he collects the tickets of the audience.
After all the guests have arrived, Seijuro and Klara go to take their seats in the upper rows of the room. Seijuro then tells Klara to enjoy the show as the Revue is quite something to see. He also says that they worked so hard and that she should consider their expertise. Klara nods at the show begins. As the show is happening, it is clear that the Revue's singing and acting abilities leave quite an impression on the young girl as she watches with astonishment. After the end of the show, Seijuro asks Klara if the girls have her seal of approval, the young girl nods saying that they're fantastic.
After that, Klara goes to rest in a room (while being watched over by Kaoru) due to the journey taking it's toll on her as Seijuro explains to Sumire Kanzaki that Klara is the sole survivor of the Moscow Combat Revue. He also reveals that she remembers nothing of the incident (the trauma has caused amnesia). During a meeting with the Flower Division, Seijuro and Sumire reveal that a week ago, the Moscow Combat Revue's airship was attacked by a mysterious force, killing the group when their airship crashed. Klara is the last surviving member of the Revue and Revues around the globe were dispatched by the WLOF to secure her from her mysterious enemies. While Klara is sleeping, a frown appears on her face which intrigues Kaoru as sirens are heard meaning that demons are appearing.
Klara wakes up from her sleep and goes to the Control Room alongside Kaoru. The young girl sees a demon displayed on the screen and looks away in fear. Sakura then tells the young girl that it's okay and that no one is going to hurt her anymore. Klara remains in the control Room as the Flower Division is deployed to fight against the demons resulting in a quick victory. Klara is impressed by the group's fighting abilities as Sumire agrees saying that performance is one side of the coin and that fighting is the other side. She holds onto Seijuro's arm as the young man is watching.
After the fight, the Flower Division go outside to say goodbye to Seijuro as he's about to return to the WLOF to complete the necessary paperwork. He says that he'll return soon and tells everyone to take care. As Seijuro says goodbye, Klara is worried about being left behind until Sakura grabs her left shoulder and reassures her that everything will be okay. Klara and the other watch Seijuro leaving the theater without knowing that a mysterious black-caped individual is watching from afar.
Episode 2 : Identity Unknown! A Mysterious Foe Appears[]
Some time after Seijuro's departure, Klara wakes up to open her room's door for Sakura who came to knock on her door. Sakura greets her and asks if she's ready. Sakura has decided to give Klara the ''grand theatrical tour'' and show her the place. Both girls go to meet Hatsuho and Azami in the Parlor who were discussing about White Cape's recent vigilante activities. Sakura introduces Hatsuho and Azami whose friendly behaviour slightly scares Klara, causing her to hide behind Sakura.
Klara and Sakura go to the Music Room where Anastasia is singing while playing the piano. Sakura claps her hand in admiration before praising Anastasia's marvelous performance and asking her if there is anything that she can't do. When Anastasia asks Klara if she can sing, the young girl says that she can just a little before Sakura asks her if it's more than a little. After Anastasia says that Klara must sing more than a little to become part of the Revue, Sakura reassures Klara that they can practice anytime they want. When Klara asks if they could do it together, Sakura says they could. She tells her friend to not feel intimadated by Anastasia's words as it is the older woman's way of being nice.
Both girls' next stop is the Archives where Clarissa is reading a book by the window. After Clarissa just ended her book, Sakura tells the blond-haired girl that she must have read a pretty good book. Her words shocks Clarissa who didn't notice her before telling her to stop sneaking up on her like that. The brown-haired girl says that she didn't sneak on her, it's just that Clarissa didn't notice her. Sakura turns to Klara and tells her that when Clarissa reads, the world outside her book completely falls away. She explains the Archives has everything that she could possibly want to learn about dramatic arts before introducing Clarissa. The young noblewoman says that she'll always be happy to give a recommandation to Klara about what to read with Sakura saying to trust the resident bookworm. She tells Klara that the selection of books is pretty great.
Kaoru is working in her office when Sakura and Klara are visiting the Theater as part of Sakura's ''grand theatrical tour''. Kaoru then notices Sakura's presence and tells her she showed up at the perfect timing. When Sakura asks her why, Kaoru says that when she reviewed the receipts that the young girl submitted yesterday, she noticed that several of them appeared to be from last month. Trying to brush things aside, Sakura timidly says it's weird and that she must have forgotten. Kaoru reprimands Sakura by saying that this is not the first time that the young girl did this and asks her for this time to be the last as it makes her job needlessly complicated. When Kaoru asks Sakura if they have an understanding, Sakura says she understands. Kaoru also turns to Klara and tells her to learn from her comrade's mistakes with Klara timidly agreeing to.
Komachi is visited at her shop by Sakura and Klara who declares that she could give them anything they ask for which includes anything ''from toilet paper to an aerial battleship'' for the right price. When Klara expressed her disbelief at the idea of buying a battleship, Komachi says that she can give a discount. Komachi then looks at the young girl's face and comments that has a sweet face. When Klara asks her what she's talking about, Komachi expresses her desire to create merchandise with Klara's face as her sweet appearance could be a gold mine.
After that, Sakura brings Klara to the Bath Room while saying that she knew that nobody would be there in the morning. Sakura opens the bath door and comes face to face with a naked Reiji who was about to leave the bathroom. Embarrassed, both Sakura and Reiji scream before Sakura hits the young man with some bath buckets as Klara watches. After Reiji dresses up, Sakura introduces the engineer to Klara before asking Reiji with a pouting face what does he have to say in his defense for what just happened. Reiji says he needed a bath after pulling an all-nighter. His answer confuses Sakura who asks him if working really meant losing a whole night of sleep. The young man takes the two girls to the Garage where Sakura sees a Type-3 Kobu, which Reiji calls the Type-3 Kobu Custom. Sakura calls the machine beautiful while Klara watches the Kobu in admiration.
Sakura takes Klara to the last location of her tour : the Stage. She tells Klara that she knows that the audience is going to love the young girl when she will perform alongside as part of the Flower Division. Klara smiles at the thought of it and thanks Sakura as this all means a lot to her. Klara was about to say something important before telling her friend to forget that she said anything. Sakura then says that she remembered that there is one person that Klara still has to meet. Both girls then leave the theater while the other members of the Flower Division watch from a nearby window.
Klara and Sakura walk through town when Klara asks who they are going to meet. Sakura says that it is Hakushuu Murasame, the woman who taught her how to wield a sword. She also says that Hakushuu is a sucker for the theater's omelet rice and that she's basically an honorary member of the Revue due to her always hanging out in the theater. She says that she can't wait for Klara to meet her. Both girls arrive on a spot on top of a hill where Hakushuu likes to relax on a good day. Sakura says that while it was a safer bet to find Hakushuu here than her dojo, the swordswoman was nowhere to be found.
Both girls leave the spot and walk though town before they pass by a teashop. Sakura asks her friend if she wants some tea to which Klara nods. Sakura gives a call to Kaoru who tells her to be back no later than 15:00. Sakura agrees before she turns over to the window and spots a weirdo in a cape watching her from a nearby rooftop. Sakura tells Kaoru about the black-cape individual before screaming. Concerned, Kaoru alerts the other members of the Flower Division who deduce Sakura must have been attacked by White Cape.
Sakura runs away while holding Klara's hand with Black Cape in pursuit. Both girls keep running into an alley before a bunch of boxes are thrown in front of them. Sakura tells Klara to stay behind her as Black Cape approaches. Black Cape reveals his claws before attacking Sakura, who dodges his attacks before running in another alley with Klara. However, Black Cape runs up in front of them and attacks again. Both girls are saved by Hatsuho who just stopped Black Cape's claws with her hammer. The shrine maiden tells the girls to leave Black Cape to her as both escape. Anastasia, Clarissa and Azami appear to assist Hatsuho. Klara and Sakura are relieved to see the Flower Division come and help them against their assailant. As all girls confront Black Cape, Sakura tells Clarissa to take care of Klara. Klara runs behind Clarissa as Sakura approaches Black Cape with her sword. She attacks the assailant but her sword is stopped by Black Cape's arms.
Sakura is then kicked into a nearby wall before Black Cape attacks Clarissa and takes Klara hostage. Klara screams and calls Sakura for help as Black Cape jumps on a nearby rooftop. Suddenly, Klara is rescued by a white-caped woman who came out of nowhere. White Cape jumps down in the alley and puts down Klara on the ground before fighting Black Cape in a sword battle. Under White Cape's suggestion, Sakura takes her sword and slashes Black Cape in the stomach. With Black Cape cornered, Sakura and White Cape face the mysterious individual. However, Black Cape jumps on a rooftop and escapes. Sakura then goes to Klara and asks if she's okay to which the young girl nods.
Klara and the Flower Division return to the Imperial Theater where Sakura takes Klara back to her room, saying that she needs some sleep and to call her if she needs anything. Sakura was about to leave when Klara calls up to her and thanks her for everything today. Sakura states it was nothing before Klara says that she doesn't know how to repay her as Sakura made her feel very welcomed. While Klara says she's grateful for everything the girls do for her, she states that she doesn't think she should be here. Her words confuse Sakura who tells the other girls about her concerns.
Suddenly, the sky turns dark which makes everyone in Tokyo to look up in the sky. Klara gets up from her bed and looks outside the window. With a worried look, the young girl states that as she feared, wherever she goes, misery follows. She hears a mysterious male voice who introduces the airship as the Sevastopol which is being operated by the Moscow Combat Revue.
Episode 3 : Tokyo Trembles! The New Moscow Combat Revue![]
Klara hides behind a wall in the Dining Hall while she watches Kaoru Rindou and the Flower Division meet Valery Kaminski and the Moscow Combat Revue. Kaminski tells the Flower Division that he and his Revue were about to welcome a new member in the outskirts of Petrograd until their airship was attacked by an unknown adversary. He mentions that while the entire Revue survived the attack, they will forever be scarred by horrible burn injuries, forcing them to wear long black coats and metal helmets. He states they have come to retrieve their last member : Klara.
At one moment, one of the Moscow Combat Revue members, who is revealed to be called Leyla, steps forward and takes off her coat and mask, revealing herself as a beautiful silver-haired young woman. The woman approaches Klara and tells her to come along but Klara does not seem to remember her, much to Leyla's shock. Kaoru tells Kaminski that Klara doesn't remember anything from her past but Kaminski says that it does not matter and that his Revue will personaly take care of Klara's recovery. Klara is again approached by Leyla who keeps telling her to come back but the young girl is terrified. Leyla is stopped by Hatsuho who angrily tells her to back off. The other members of the Flower Division agree with Hatsuho that they will never give a terrified child to strangers but Leyla responds by saying they will take Klara by force if necessary. Hatsuho provokes Leyla but the other girl's right eye glows red granting her unknown strength to tighten Hatsuho's fist. Klara can only watch in fear until Kaminski tells Leyla to stop as Revue as made to fight demons and not others. Kaminski insists the Flower Division to give Klara back but Sakura tells him that they were ordered by their Captain, Seijuro Kamiyama, to watch over Klara and they will keep her until further notice.
Later, Sumire summons Klara and the Flower Division to her office to tell them she received a call from the WLOF which confirmed Kaminski is indeed with the Moscow Combat Revue. She tells them that since Kaminski told the truth, it will not take long before an official order tells them to give them Klara. Klara is worried until she feels a repulsive feeling. When Sakura asks her what's wrong, Klara tells her that ''they're coming''. The others are concerned about her words just before the alarm rings, alerting them that the demons are coming. The Flower Division deploys to fight the demon while Klara goes to observe the battle from the Control Room. However, because of Hatsuho's reckless behaviour and frustration over Sakura being chosen as Captain instead of her, the Flower Division gets overwhelmed by the demon forcing the Moscow Combat Revue to intervene and destroy the demon, humiliating the Flower Division.
Later, Klara and the Flower Division are on the bridge as Hatsuho's Kobu gets carried away by Reiji. Kaminski and Leyla approach while taunting the Flower Division. Kaminski looks at Klara and warns Sumire that demons will keep appearing in Tokyo as long as Klara remains in the city. Both he and Leyla leave the scene, leaving Klara and the others watch Hatsuho scream to the heavens in frustration for her actions.
Episode 4 : Friendship in Full Bloom! Thousand Year Cherry Blossoms![]
Klara and her comrades meet up in the Parlor where Sakura shows them a note left by Hatsuho which says she went back home. Clarissa worries that they might not see Hatsuho ever again. Sakura tries to say that it's fine and that maybe Hatsuho went back for the spring festival season. She says that there is no need to worry and that Clarissa got worried worked up for nothing. Azami says that she might come back when the festival is over while Anastasia says she'll be glad to give Hatsuho some extra lessons. Sakura then suggest that she could go help Hatsuho as the shrine needs some extra support as well of bringing her back home much quicker. Klara then grabs onto Sakura's kimono which makes the young girl ask what's wrong. Sakura asks Klara if she wants to come to which Klara nods. Klara and Sakura then leave the Theater with Komachi telling them goodbye.
Klara and Sakura take the tramway and walk over to the Shinonome Shrine. Sakura tells Klara that she and Hatsuho used to goof around the shrine all the time when they were younger. Klara jumps up one step and almost loses her stepping before receiving a hand from Sakura. As she and Klara climb the stairs, the young brunette says it will not be much longer until the cherry trees blossom again. She also tells Klara that the sight is beautiful and that when spring comes, the stunning pink flowers go into full bloom. She also says that on top lies the Thousand Year Cherry Tree. Sakura tells Klara about her story about how she used to live far away and came to visit the shrine every single year as part of her father's work. While she didn't have many friends back then, she and Hatsuho befriended each other and made a pinky promise to stay friends forever.
Klara and Sakura go behind the shrine and find Hatsuho who is perplexed by their sudden visit. The three girls sit down for some tea when Hatsuho asks what they are doing here. Sakura says that between Hatsuho's letter and her vanishing, everyone was worried. She also says that she covered Hatsuho by saying she went back home for the spring festival. Hatsuho says she forgot about the whole thing until last night but Sakura asks if she really expects her to believe that. Both Sakura and Klara suspect that Hatsuho is hiding something which makes Sakura asks what really happened while mentioning that even Seijuro is concerned. The mention of Seijuro's name makes Hatsuho ask if Seijuro really contacted. Hatsuho is upset saying that if she knew Seijuro will contact them, she will not have left. However, Sakura replies saying that if Hatsuho never came back home, there will have been nobody to prepare the shrine. Sakura and Klara then suggest that they will help Hatsuho with the festival.
Klara and Sakura assist Hatsuho by decorating and cleaning the shrine which includes hanging lamps and chasing some bats. Sakura says that she forgot how fun it was coming to the shrine while reminescing about her childhood and the Thousand Year Cherry Door. However, Sakura didn't know that Hatsuho still had some jealousy about Sakura being chosen as Acting Captain instead of her. Sakura decides to step out for a second while asking Klara to stay there and help Hatsuho.
Later, Sakura returns and asks Klara if she could dress her. She also helps Klara to put on a flower yukata while saying that it's for the ''pre-festival''. Klara then notices a small frame containing a picture of Sakura and Hatsuho in their childhood. As Sakura comments on the picture, Klara suddenly has a headache which makes her drop the picture and hold her head with both hands. Sakura worries about Klara but the younger girl says that she's fine.
An excited Klara and Sakura go to watch Hatsuho perform some ceremonial dancing. While Klara was watching with joy, another headache comes up as well as a faint vision of a young woman performing ballet. Klara's pain makes Sakura worry but her friend says to stop worrying as it was nothing.
After the festival, Klara and Sakura meet up with Hatsuho to compliment their friend on her dancing. While walking together, Sakura comments on how she was a mess before Seijuro came along. Hatsuho also teases Sakura on her bad dancing. Klara, Sakura and Hatsuho go to sit down behind the shrine where Sakura hopes to see everyone come to the festival next year (which includes dancing with Seijuro). She expresses interest in having everybody dance under the Cherry Blossom Tree. Hatsuho then comments about how the Thousand Year Cherry Tree stopped blossoming ever since their childhood after a painful argument between Sakura and Hatsuho led to Sakura never coming back to the shrine. Hatsuho says that she was a brat and that they should had brought this sooner. Sakura then says if was her own fault for that as she was just a ''green-eyed little crybaby'' that wanted to become just like her friend who she saw as the ''coolest kid ever''. Sakura says that she wanted to apologize for a long time but since her father stopped doing business with the shrine, she never came back. Hatsuho comments on how they never brought this incident ever since that day and that she felt bad ever since (she even thought she was the reason why Sakura never came back). Sakura apologizes to her best friend and says that she deserved much better than why she has given her. Hatsuho apologizes for being a pain in the ass recently and that she should have listened to her friend. Sakura tells her to not worry as she is her best friend. Hatsuho also notes on she was about to leave the Imperial Combat Revue because the group was a total mess a year ago, which made them rely on the Shanghai Combat Revue to protect the city. Hatsuho says that Sakura is the reason the Flower Division stands together but Sakura rejects the notion by saying that neither of them will be there without Seijuro or the others.
After watching Sakura and Hatsuho, reconcile, Klara has a vision of herself holding hands with the same ballet dancer from her previous vision. Klara then approaches both girls and ask them what the Thousand Cherry Blossom Tree looked like. The girls are confused but both Sakura and Hatsuho close their eyes while holding Klara's hands. Suddenly, Klara uses a mysterious power from her left eye to make the tree blossom for the first time in years. Sakura and Hatsuho are surprised which makes Hatsuho ask Klara if she made this happen. Klara says all three made the tree blossom because Klara considers them her friends and reached out to them. Klara almost faints before being catched by Hatsuho who asks her if she's okay. Klara says she's just tired. When Hatsuho asks her why she will do this, Klara says it's because she owns so much to them and that because they're friends and that when a friend is sad or hurt, she will reach out to them. The three girls happily look at each other, not knowing that Azami was looking from afar.
Episode 5 : The Goofball Detective Combo! Find Klara's Secret![]
Klara keeps enjoying a normal lifestyle alongside the members of the Flower Division as she decides to secretly take care of a stray kitten that she has found. However, she doesn't know that her use of power at Hatsuho's house has attracted the attention of her comrade Azami Mochizuki, who suspects Klara of being the downfall of the Moscow Combat Revue as she's the only one who survived the attack on her airship without a single scratch. Fearing that the Imperial Theater could be in danger, Azami recruits her comrade Clarissa Snowflake to spy on Klara and find her secret.
One morning, Klara goes to the Dining Room alongside Sakura and Hatsuho for breakfast not knowing that Azami was watching them from behind the staircase. Before sitting down to eat, Klara helps her friends set up the plates before Clarissa comes to help her.
After breakfast, Klara goes behind the Theater's backstage which confuses both Azami and Clarissa. Fortunately for her, Azami is caught by Sakura who observed the young ninja's strange behaviour earlier. Clarissa tries to defend her friend by telling Sakura that Azami was helping her create a detective story. Feeling nervous by the two girls observing her, Klara tells Sakura that they leave. Both girls leave after Sakura tells Azami and Clarissa to not scare Klara anymore.
Klara later goes to the basement with Azami and Clarissa still watching her. Klara enters a storage room while the two girls enter the bathroom next door. Both girls were mistaken as they only find Reiji taking a bath. Klara exits the storage room while holding a box holding the kitten. She finds Azami and Clarissa outside the bathroom and is confused by their presence. The three girls remain silent before a naked Reiji, who overheard something, opens the door to check on the three girls. Seeing Reiji's naked body completly exposed, Azami and Clarissa blush madly while using their hands to cover Klara's eyes who didn't understand the situation. Seeing himself exposed, Reiji screams in shock.
Later on, Klara is cleaning the sidewalk in front of the Theater, oblivious to the fact that her two comrades were still observing her. After Klara finished cleaning, she went back inside the Theater not knowing that Azami and Clarissa were hiding behind Komachi's counter.
Sometime after, Klara decides to go to the attich to check on her kitten while still being followed by Azami and Clarissa. After seeing the kitten, Azami thinks that this was Klara's secret. As the young ninja and noblewoman silently try to leave the scene, Valery Kaminski suddenly appears surprising the three girls. Fearing for the kitten's safety, Klara tries to shield her pet but Kaminski says that he will not harm an innocent creature. He then goes on to tell Klara about the earth all around them which makes Azami and Clarissa suspicious. Kaminski then leaves the scene saying that he's late for another appointment. After his departure, Azami and Clarissa silently leave the scene without being spotted by Klara.
Later at night, Klara exits the Theater to walk to the park. Azami and Clarissa, who were hidden close by, are confused about why their friend will leave the Theater at a late hour. Klara enters an alley near 6th Avenue before she screams. Both girls run only to see Klara being ambushed by a giant demon. Azami uses her ninjutsu to attack the beast while Clarissa watches over Klara. However, fighting the demon in an enclosed alley proved to be a challenge as Azami and Clarissa struggle to protect Klara. Suddenly, Reiji appears with an invention of his to fight back against the beast. However, to his surprise, the demon easily destroys the robot with a swipe of its claws.
Clarissa proceeds to enter the fight and used her Libromancy skills to attack but was surprised that her magic didn't even scratch the demon. Clarissa thinks this is no use but Klara says she could. The platinum-haired girl runs over to Clarissa and puts some of her power into Clarissa's grimoire. As the attack is charging, Azami keeps attacking with her kunai. The young ninja jumps back as Clarissa unleashes an attack that was much stronger then expected as it completly anhilates the demon much to Azami and Clarissa's surprise. Klara is glad to see that her friends were able to win.
However, the girls' time was suddenly cut short by Black Cape, who appears out of nowhere to catch Klara. As the mysterious individual jumps back on a nearby rooftop, Azami and Clarissa run in pursuit while unleashing their kunai and magic abilities but to no avail. Black Cape hangs to a balloon to escape with Klara still in his arms. Azami jumps to catch him but misses him by a hand. Black Cape is then stopped when his balloon is cut by White Cape who arrives to save Klara. Klara falls from the sky and loses consciousness before being caught by Clarissa. The young noblewoman and Azami then watch as Black Cape and White Cape confront each other. However, Black Cape simply retreats with White Cape leaving soon after.
Sakura and Hatsuho arrive to help their friends but say that aside from watching most events happen from afar, they probably missed a lot. Klara wakes up in relief that she was saved by her friends once again. Azami then asks Klara why she left the Theater as such a late hour. The platinum-haired girl tells her friends to follow her. The girls follow Klara to the top of a hill in a near park where Klara says that the beautiful view reminds her of her homeland. She then thanks the everyone for being there for her as Reiji is watching from behind a tree.
Later on, Klara returns to the Theater with everyone. Azami and Clarissa deduce that Klara has the power to amplify somebody else's power and that the Moscow Combat Revue are so frantic about getting her back only for her power.
Episode 6 : Strange and Bizarre! The True Identity of Black Cape![]
One morning, Klara is going to the Dining Room with the other girls for breakfast and encounter Sakura's swordmaster Hakushuu who was awaiting them surprising Sakura. While everyone was discussing, the young girl grabs Sakura's sleeve and asks her who the woman is. Realizing Klara and Hakushuu never met directly, Sakura introduces her friend but is surprised when Hakushuu already knows Klara's identity. When Sakura asks her master how she already knows about Klara, Hakushuu says she's heard rumors about the new member of the Flower Division being a young girl from Russia and that Tokyo is all over her. Hakushuu and Klara shake hands with the young girl being pleased to meet her. The older woman also asks Klara is she's happy around with Klara saying that everyone is being considerate to her. Klara then notices that Hakushuu looks familiar and asks her if they have met before. However, Hakushuu ignores the question and says that now she's had breakfast, she's ready to go. She then adresses her student which makes the former look with a confused face.
Klara leaves the Theater with Sakura and Hakushuu who wants the girls to help her clean a storage room at the orphanage she's working at. While Sakura tries to tell her master that she's has more important stuff to do and that Klara doesn't need to come, Hakushuu says that Klara is probably happy to go out more often with Klara saying that she's happy to. All three women take the tramway to the orphanage not knowing they were being watched by Black Cape.
After arriving at the orphanage, Klara is intrigued by the orphanage being a shrine but Sakura and Hakushuu say that it is a temple and that shrines and temples are different due to different religions and that temples are similar to churches. After entering the temple, the three women are greeted by children who ask Hakushuu why she hasn't come to visit them recently. Hakushuu says that things have come hectic and that she will try to make an effort next time. The children's attention turn over to Klara whose pretty and exotic looks intrigue the children. They surround Klara in curiosity and ask her where she's from. Klara answers that she's Moscow which prompts the children to ask her if it's far away. Hakushuu tells the children to now overwhelm Klara that much. One young boy called Naoya approaches and asks Hakushuu if Klara is the girl she told him about with Hakushuu nodding.
Klara and Sakura help Hakushuu by cleaning the storage room. As Sakura is moving some boxes, Hakushuu tells Klara about how a colleague of hers offered the temple to help children. She also asks Klara is she's truly happy as things are now but the young platinum-haired girl says that she doesn't know. Suddenly, an explosion occurs with the children outside screaming. Hakushuu looks up saying that ''they'' have arrived earlier then predicted.
Klara runs outside to find Sakura confronting Black Cape. Seeing her friend, Sakura tells her friend to run but Klara was unable to move out of fear. Black Cape moves and tries to grab Klara who could only close her eyes in fear. However, Hakushuu suddenly grabs Klara with her left arm and easily pushes back Black Cape with her right arm and leg. Her movements attract Klara's attention who thinks she has already seen those moves before. Hakushuu then calls out to Naoya and asks him to take Klara to safety while she and Sakura fight against Black Cape.
Klara follows Naoya to the cellar where other children await them nervously. Both sit down while the others remain silent. Naoya says that before arriving to the orphanage, none of them had nowhere to go before Hakushuu gave them a home. The young boy also comments that he used to do a lot bad things in the past. He asks Klara about staying at the orphanage with them as it could become her new home.
One boy comes over to Naoya to tell him that their friend Midori, who was cleaning out the annex, is missing and that she couls still be over there. Naoya says that he will search for her. Klara says she will come with him but the young boy suggests that she stays there. Klara acknowledges that while she should stay in the room, she could help as she's a member of the Flower Division. The young boy asks her if she's sure. Klara nods in agreement with Naoya saying that it's not too late. Both Klara and Naoya exit the building in search of the missing girl.
After finding the missing girl, Klara and Naoya run back to the temple when a massive red explosion caused by a battle between the Flower Division and Black Cape occurs in the forest near the mountain. Seeing the explosion, Klara suddenly gets a memory of herself watching the Moscow Combat Revue fall before her eyes. The tragic memory horrifies the young girl who screams in terror alerting Sakura. Klara falls down to her knees and could only immobilize her body in shock. Sakura exits her Mugen and hugs a teary Klara to comfort her as Naoya and the Flower Division look at them with a worried look.
Later at the Theater, Klara and the others learn from Hakushuu that she was using Klara as bait to lure out Black Cape in the open as she knew they will come after Klara. Sakura reprimands her master for putting her friend in danger but Hakushuu says that Klara's safety was her top priority and that she brought Sakura to protect her as she knew her student was able to do so. Sakura then asks Hakushuu how did she knew that Klara was being pursued by someone. Hakushuu responds by asking what kind of master she will be if she does not know what was happening to her pupil recently. The other girls then talk about Black Cape's identity as a robot with Anastasia suggesting that someone must have builded the robot to capture Klara. As they wonder about who their unknown enemy is, Sakura is disappointed that they are at the same place as they were before and that the ''nightmare'' is not over yet. However, she also says that she and her friends will keep protecting Klara as she's part of their family.
Before leaving the Theater, Hakushuu talks to Klara and says that Naoya told her about how Klara has already found the place that she belongs to. Klara tells Hakushuu that she's really happy living at the Theater with the Flower Division.
Episode 7 : Stealth Mission! Tail the Date![]
The Flower Division greets Seijuro who has recently came back from his mission in Europe. When Sakura tells her Captain that it's great to see him, Klara ran to hug him much to the surprise of Seijuro and the girls. Due to what happened recently, Klara cries in relief which perplexes Seijuro and Sakura.
Wanting to win Seijuro's attention and cheer up Klara, Sakura decides to cook a meal for her Captain. While tasting her cooking, Hatsuho arrives and asks her friend when did she started to cook. Surrounded by her friends, Sakura says that she's making something that will make Klara cheer up while also making something that will give Seijuro the ''taste of home''. After waking up from a romantic vision, Sakura sees that her comrades including Klara have all decided to cook for Seijuro much to her dismay. Klara consults a book while asking herself what to cook.
After Sakura gives a bowl of miso soup to Seijuro, Klara brings her own dish which is beef. The other girls arrive to give their own dish for Seijuro (Hatsuho has onigiri, Anastasia has moussaka, Clarissa has steamed mussels and Azami has the ''Ninja Surprise Pot''). The girls then ask Seijuro what he's going to eat first. However, Seijuro suggests that they all eat together because there is so much food. Everyone agrees and sit down to enjoy their meals.
Later at night, Klara visits Sakura at her room and takes her to meet up with Seijuro at the top of the Imperial Theater. The three watch Sumire get inside a car before the car leaves. Sakura asks her friend if he's leaving again. Seijuro says he will have to return to Europe to find more about what is currently happening much to Sakura's disappointment. Seijuro says that Sakura did a great job of treating Klara like family. He also says that when he named Sakura Acting Captain, he promised her that when he came back, they will go together somewhere just the two of them. Seijuro asks the young swordswoman if tomorrow is a good day for her to go out to which she nods. Hearing that, Klara feels ignored which Sakura notices.
The next morning, Klara is visited early in her room by Sakura. Confused by Sakura's presence, Klara follows her friend outside to find Seijuro waiting for them. Sakura tells the young girl to come with them on their date as she will not have it any other way. While Klara is worried that her presence will only get in the way of Sakura and Seijuro, the young swordswoman tells Klara that she will never think of leaving her behind with Seijuro claming that they're like the Three Musketeers. Overjoyed, Klara goes into the city while holding Sakura and Seijuro's hands. However, none of them are aware they're being watched by Valery Kaminski and Leyla who have decided to follow them. On top of that, Reiji mobilizes the rest of the Flower Division and the Moon Division to follow the trio.
Aboard a tramway, Sakura and Seijuro tell Klara that they're going to Asakusa. The trio are walking in the streets while being watched by the Flower Division and the Moon Division. The trio are then approached by Hakushuu who recognizes Sakura. When Hakushuu asks if Sakura and Seijuro are on a date, the brown-haired girl blushes and tries to explain in vain when Klara approaches to greet Hakushuu. Seeing Klara, Hakushuu suggests that the date looks more like a family outing. Hakushuu then whispers to Sakura's ear and tells her that she's being followed. Worried that someone is trying to capture Klara again, Sakura feels uneasy but is told by Hakushuu to go to Hayanashiki. Sakura grabs Klara's hand who then grabs Seijuro's hand leading to the trio running in the street. While running, the trio bumps into Kaminski and Leyla (who are disguised) with Sakura apologizing to the pair.
Arriving somewhere, the trio stops as Sakura is regaining her breath. Klara asks her friend if she's alright while Seijuro is asking her if she has changed her mind about Hayanashiki. Sakura tells her friends about how they're being followed and takes them on top of the tower. Sakura wonders if Hakushuu was wrong about them being followed but Seijuro suggest that that they keep moving if they want to find out. The trio goes to the temple while still being followed by the Moon Division.
Arriving near an alleyway, Seijuro asks Sakura if she wants to take another path to which the young girl nod as it will shake off any of their pursuers. Seijuro suggest that they split up so that they meet up at the pier. Sakura goes in the alleyway with Klara while Seijuro goes into another direction. While running, Klara asks where Seijuro is to which Sakura responds by saying that they will meet him up very soon. The two girls are followed by Kaminski and Leyla.
The two girls meet up with Seijuro at the pier and get onboard a boat. The Flower Division arrive too late to get onboard but Kaminski and Leyla run to catch the boat. Sakura notices the pair but doesn't recognize them as they wonder why they're running. Everyone seem surprised only to see the two jump to catcth the boat only to fall into the river. Worried that the two young people are in trouble, Sakura gasps but Klara points that the two will be okay as lifebuoys are thrown to take Kaminski and Leyla out of the river. Sakura is relieved that they will be okay.
At sundown, Klara is asleep on the boat. Sakura comments on how cute and happy she looks while Seijuro says it's due to how much she had to run around all day.
Episode 8 : Nonstop Chaos! The Combat Revue Challenge![]
Klara finds herself in the middle of a competition between the Moscow Combat Revue and the Imperial Combat Revue where her future will be declared by the winning team.
In the Imperial Combat Revue's loge, Klara apologizes for causing problems but Hatsuho pats the young girl's head and tells her that because ''they wanted a fight, they're giving them one''. After the other girls tell Klara that there is nothing to worry about, the young girl nods with a few tears on her face.
For the first round, which is a dance battle, Klara and the Flower Division watch Hatsuho perform with traditional Shinto dancing. Everyone looks in admiration as they feel confidant about a possible victory. After Hatsuho returns to the Flower Division loge, Klara praises Hatsuho by saying that she looked like a magical fairy. The shrine maiden thanks her friend and pats her on the head. Afterwards, Klara and her friends watch Leyla perform the Black Swan ballet which allows her to claim victory with 196 points compared to Hatsuho's 182 points. Hatsuho apologizes to Klara for failing to win the first round but Klara says she doesn't need to as her dance was amazing.
After Azami's victory in the second round (due to Kaminski withdrawing), the young ninja returns to the loge with Anastasia claiming that even though Azami won by default, a win is still a win. Klara listens her friends say with confidence that they will win the third round which consists of a mock battle.
In the third round, Klara sits inside a glass box atop of a tower while waiting for one of the teams to reach her and claim victory. At first, the Flower Division appears to be winning which allows Sakura to climb the tower much to Klara's joy. However, as the swordswoman approaches the glass box, she is stopped by two Moscow Combat Revue members who are not part of the mock battle. Klara could only watch helplessly as her friend is being attacked. Fortunately, Hatsuho and Azami arrive to rescue Sakura from her opponents.
After a blackout hits the stadium, the fallen Moscow Combat Revue members rise after Kaminski uses a mysterious spell which also causes Klara to scream while making her eye turn red. The spell causes Klara to scream and call for Sakura to help her. The Moscow Combat Revue, led by Leyla, starts cheating by using real weaponry and ammunition to push Sakura into a corner.
Leyla turns her back on Sakura and says that she will take Klara. Sakura moves between Klara and Leyla and tries to protect her friend but her Mugen is shot by Leyla. While a panicking Klara tells Sakura to leave her behind, Sakura exits her Kobu and says that she will not leave her as family has to be protected. Klara cries by hearing how devoted her friend is. Leyla mocks Sakura's words by saying Klara and Sakura are not even blood-related but Sakura answers back by saying family is more than just blood. Angered by her words, Leyla exits her Ekaterina to confront the pair. Leyla tells Klara to remember and reveals her black wings much to Klara and Sakura's shock. Leyla kicks Sakura out of the way, causing her to fall to the ground.
With no one on her way, Leyla grabs her sister's wrist and tells her to come home but Klara, horrified by her friend falling, yells and shines in a bright white light that causes a huge explosion on the tower. The explosion's shockwave hits Leyla and sends her off the tower.
After the white light stops shining, Klara now sports two white angel-like wings on her back. The young girl watches the sight of destruction that lays before her. Ashamed that she is the driving force behind what just happened, Klara give one last glance to Sakura, who survived the fall, before flying away while ignoring her friend's plea to return.
Episode 9 : Unbelievable! The Truth About Klara![]

Hakushuu mentions that she couldn't leave Klara by herself but Klara answers back by saying that maybe she should have. Klara tries to stand up but almost falls before being caught by Hakushuu. The older woman tells her to rest but Klara says that if she doesn't go, she will bring trouble. Hakushuu asks Klara is she has regained her memories to which the young girl says yes and that as a result, she could never go back to the Imperial Theater. Klara is then approached by Naoya, the boy she met last time, who reveals that she should stay in the orphanage. Naoya approaches with his eyes glowing red, revealing his identity as a demon. Hakushuu proceeds to tell a surprised Klara that no children in the orphanage will ever judge her. While watching the other children, Klara deduces that the orphanage children are actually demons just like Naoya.
The young girl reveals her story about how she and Kaminski's henchwoman Leyla, who is her real sister, are actually human-demon hybrids known as Nadezhda. Both of them were created by the scientist Natalia Ruzhkova who has hoped that the Nadezhda will lead to a new age of coexistance between humans and demons. Despite the girls being half-demons, Natalia has cared and raised the sisters like her own daughters. All three were living happily until Kaminski approached and joined the project as a volunteer while promising Natalia that he will further her research. Unfortunately, Kaminski secretly desired to acquire the Nadezhda's powers to rule the world. To that end, Kaminski seduced Leyla into joining him and attempted to get Klara as well. When Natalia found out, she escape with Klara and contacted the WLOF to retrieve Klara and protect her from Kaminski. Klara went to meet up with the Moscow Combat Revue near Petrograd but the Revue's airship was shot down by Kaminski's forces. The airship fell down and was engulfed in an explosion that killed the Moscow Combat Revue and caused Klara to develop amnesia.
Klara fears that now that the Imperial Combat Revue knows about her true identity, they will try to kill her as it is their duty to destroy demons. However, Hakushuu and Naoya reveal that they are people like Natalia who desire for humans and demons to coexist and that it will take time for that world to become a reality. After mentioning that the children at the orphanage befriend one another regardless of race, Hakushuu asks Klara who her family is. As Klara agrees that the Flower Division will accept her no matter what, Leyla lands at the orphanage after tracking down Klara. After attacking Naoya, Leyla threatens to have the Moscow Combat Revue harm all of the present children should Klara not come with her. Leyla grabs Klara and runs away with the rest of the Moscow Combat Revue.
Klara remains in Leyla's grasp as the Flower Division, assisted by White Cape, arrive to fight Leyla and the Moscow Combat Revue. After her comrades were defeated, a cornered Leyla turns into her Nadezhda form and pins down Hatsuho to the ground. Leyla turns over to Klara and tries to persuade her that no one will accept her as they will see her as a monster. She says that Kaminski will embrace her with open arms and accept her for what she is. However, White Cape frees Klara from Leyla's Ekaterina which makes the young girl fall before landing on the book of Clarissa's Mugen. White Cape rejects Leyla's claims by saying that Klara needs someone who needs her and vice-versa. When Klara questions why White Cape would know that, the vigilante reveals herself to be Hakushuu Murasame, the friend of Klara and Leyla's mother, Natalia.
Leyla turns to Klara who tells her older sister that she chooses to remain with Sakura and the Flower Division as it is her home much to Leyla's desperation. As Klara reaches out to grab the hand of Sakura's Mugen, Kaminski uses the Sevastopol to launch an energy beam on the Flower Division causing a massive explosion. The attack seriously injures Sakura and makes her lose consciousness. After being thrown away by the explosion, Klara, who landed alongside Azami, tries to fly to Sakura's assistance by using her powers but fails to manifest her wings. She is told by Leyla that awakening her powers earlier left her out of energy. As Kaminski keeps firing on the Flower Division, a powerless Klara is taken by Leyla before flying away. As they leave the scene, Klara pleads for her sister to let her go as she sees Hakushuu rescue Sakura from her exploding Mugen. Klara could only call for her friend as she is taken away by Leyla.
Episode 10 : The Destruction of Tokyo? The Rage of Tunguska![]
After being taken away by Leyla, Klara was brought inside a room aboard the Sevastopol. Leyla sits next to her sister who is sleeping in a bed. After Klara wakes up, Leyla tells her that the room was designed to look exactly like their old room back home since Kaminski suggested they needed the ''taste of the familiar''. As Klara is looking at a book, Leyla tries to tell Klara that everything is exactly like home. However, her younger sister rejects her words by saying that the place they called home is gone and that they cannot go back home. Klara tries to convince her sister that the path she's following is wrong but Leyla talks back by questioning if Klara's path is indeed alongside the Flower Division. Klara says that Sakura and the other girls care about her even though they know the truth about her. Leyla says that no human could ever love them but Klara mentions that Natalia, who was human, loved them and that Leyla also loved her. Klara says that true love is about trust and asks Leyla is she doesn't feel the same. While hearing her sister's words, a blue light shines in Leyla's chest which causes her some pain. Worried about her sister, Klara approaches Leyla until the light disappears. Kaminski suddenly enters the room and asks Klara to not be so hard on her older sister. The young man says Leyla that she doesn't fell too well and to come see him later for some ''adjustments''. Kaminski turns over to Klara and tells her that she has great power that is not without complications. The young man reminds Klara of the destruction in Petrograd and uses a blue crystal that enters Klara's chest and puts her into a deep sleep. As Kaminski takes Klara into his arms, a sad Leyla watches as Kaminski says that all of the players are at their proper place and that the finale act will begin.
Kaminski attaches an unconscious Klara to the Rage of Tunguska, a massive cannon-like weapon. While doing a live broadcast, Kaminski uses the Rage of Tunguska (that is powered by Klara's powers) to destroy a mountain near Tokyo in front of the entire world. After demonstrating his powers, Kaminski gives all of the world governments an ultimatum : disband and recognize him as their supreme ruler or be destroyed.
Later, as Kaminski's mechanical dolls are fighting the Flower Division (who have infiltrated the Sevastopol), an unconscious Klara who is still attached to the Rage of Tunguska is being watched by Leyla and Kaminski. As Kaminski describes how beautiful and powerful Klara is, he tells Leyla that she must be lucky to share blood with someone so significant. Upset by her captain's admiration of Klara, Leyla plainly agrees with his words.
Episode 11 : A Fantastic, Tragic Love! Leyla's Heart![]
An unconscious Klara is strapped to the Rage of Tunguska as the Flower Division arrive to confront Kaminski and Leyla. Sakura calls out to her friend only for Klara to wake up and declare in a robotic voice that she will be the one to correct everything in the world much to her friends' concerns. Later, when Sakura and the Flower Division reject Kaminski's plans and comments as that of a delusional madman, Kaminski tries to recruit the Flower Division to his side but is coldly rejected by the girls. As a result, Kaminski threatens to have Klara destroy Tokyo but fails to do so as Hakushuu arrives after destroying the Rage of Tunguska. An emotionless Klara watches as Leyla fights the Flower Division.
With his cannon repaired, Kaminski orders Klara to fire the Rage of Tunguska again as Hakushuu and the Flower Division moves in to stop him only to defend against blue energy shots. An injured Leyla stands up and flies towards Klara to rescue her. Leyla approaches Klara and calls out to her which causes a soft response from the younger girl. Suddenly, Leyla is mortally wounded by Kaminski's energy shot much to everyone's shock. Mortally injured, Leyla breaks all of the cannon cables and saves Klara as Kaminski desperately yells at her to stop. An explosion sends Leyla and an unconscious Klara on the ground.
Leyla apologizes to Klara and takes out the blue crystal planted in her chest by Kaminski. As Leyla cries for her sister, a tear falls on Klara's cheek which makes the young girl wake up and say her sister's name. Klara asks why Leyla was crying but Leyla tells her to stand up. After pushing Klara towards the Flower Division, Leyla tells Klara to leave and go back to her new family as a massive fire appears and seemingly kills her. Klara tried to reach out to Leyla but is held back by Hakushuu. Sakura, Hakushuu and the Flower Division can only look down in sadness and frustration that they have failed to save Leyla. Shocked at the sight of Leyla's supposed death and angered by Kaminski mocking her sister, Klara suffers an emotional breakdown and her powers begin to go out of control in front of her friends. Everyone could only stand still as a white light in the shape of angel wings engulfs the Sevastopol.
Episode 12 : The Grand Finale! Hope for Tomorrow![]
Following Klara's awakening, Kaminski looks at Klara's enraged form and casually comments on her beauty. He calls her the new form of God's angel. As an angry Klara stares at him, Kaminski tells her it's time to fufill her destiny as he takes out a blue crystal in an attempt to tame her. Sakura comes out of her Prototype Obu and tries to calm down Klara only for Kaminski to shoot energy beams at her which are blocked by Anastasia. The young man is blocked by Hakushu and the Flower Division as Sakura approaches Klara. Sakura hugs Klara as the young girl bites her. However, Sakura calmly holds her friend as a light shines. In a mysterious realm, a depressed Klara is sitting inside a big crystal-like sphere where she is approached by Sakura. Even though Klara refuses to come out as she fears she will bring misfortune to her friends, Sakura reassures her that everything will be alright as long as they're together. After a few minutes, the swordswoman succeeds in calming her friend. Furious, Kaminski charges at Klara but is blocked down by the girl who sends him against a wall. As the Flower Division faces the young man, Hakushu tells Kaminski his farce is over but he laughs by saying they have not realized the Sevastopol's true power. He reveals the ship can absorb the power of a demon.
Jumping away, Kaminski grabs two damaged cables from the Rage of Tunguska to transform himself into a semi-crystallized form. Kaminski reveals he will use the energy he drained from Klara to fuse himself with the Sevastopol while ''thanking'' Klara and Leyla for helping him achieve this. With his new strength, Kaminski fights back against Sakura and the Flower Division while Klara remains at Hakushu's side. Suddenly, the Sevastopol is being attacked from outside by the other Combat Revues. Kaminski tries to prevent the Flower Division from escaping but is being stopped by Hakushu who tells the girls to leave. Klara and the Flower Division escape and land on Seijuro's airship. After a few minutes, the heavily damaged Sevastopol falls down in the ocean and explodes.
Unfortunately for the Combat Revues, Kaminski survives the explosion and fires back from underwater. To the surprise of everyone, Kaminski fuses with the Sevastopol to create a giant golem-like monster. Klara goes to see Seijuro with the young man telling her to get to safety. However, a confident Klara asks him to join the battle as he told her before that she's a member of the Flower Division and this is also her battle. When the young man asks her if she's sure, he realizes how far Klara has grown and agrees before telling the Combat Revues to attack. As Kaminski then starts making his way towards Tokyo, he creates a large number of magic circles which summons flying demons.
Having arrived in Tokyo, Kaminski charges a huge energy beam to destroy the city. However, Klara joins the battle and destroys every demon with the use of her new Tenjin, a spiricle striker designed for her. Kaminski prepares himself to destroy the city. The Revues keep attacking but Kaminski says that nothing that they do will harm him because of the barrier protecting him. As the Flower Division, Hakushu and the other Combat Revues unite and stand up to withstand Kaminski's energy beam, Sumire contacts Klara and Sakura and tells them that Klara's Tenjin has been created to fuse with Sakura's Prototype Obu and increase their powers. After being hit with his own energy beam, Kaminski runs to attack but is confronted by Klara and Sakura who have fused their Prototype Obu and Tenjin together.
With their fused spiricle strikers, Klara and Sakura are able to match Kaminski. At one point, the girls get close to attack but are caught by Kaminski who electrifies the girls in an attempt to kill them. To the girls' ignorance, Leyla, who was engulfed earlier by fire, manifests herself as a spirit to drain Kaminski's powers and immortality away. This allows Klara and Sakura to get closer and expose Kaminski with a strong attack. An angry Kaminski cannot stop Sakura from stabbing him in the chest, killing him. As his entire body dissolves into nothingness, Klara gets out of her Tenjin and uses her wings to catch Sakura who is falling. After that, Klara and Sakura are welcomed back by the Flower Division and everybody else.
Following Valery Kaminski's defeat, Klara joins the Imperial Combat Revue's Flower Division as an official member. Before her first stage play is about to start, Sakura asks her friend if she's ready to which the young girl agrees that she is. As everybody is watching, Klara and her comrades sing and dance as they all look up to a bright future together.
