Kotone Seiryūin (清流院 琴音, Seiryūin Kotone) is officer commander of the Teikoku Kagekidan's Baragumi.
Appearance[]
Kotone is a androgynous man, with a strong effeminate-like clothings.
Personality[]
Just like the other Rose Division members, Kotone is a proudly assumed homossexual man, and always speaks as if he was a "woman" antics. But as the commander of the Rose Division, Kotone is extremely competent and loyal to his duties and friends, and unlike his team comrades, he's more professional and polite when speaking about his romance preferences.
Outside of the battle moments, he normally chats with the other Flower Division members, most of time causing them some embarassing moments. Also, just like his comrades, he has a crush on Ogami, but unlike his two teammates, he's more serious and respectful.

They participated in the battles, and after the end of the final boss, he decided do dissolve the Rose Division, as there's no use to this group anymore, as the Ogami Kagekidan grows stronger enough to keep the peace at the capital

Etymology[]
- The name Kotone means "Japanese harp" (琴) (koto) and "sound" (音) (ne).
- Kotone's surname Seiryūin means "clear stream" (清流) (seiryū) and "hospital" (院) (in).
