Le Chattes Noires (テアトル・シャノワール,Teatoru Shanowaru), or abbreviated as Chat Noir, is an entertainment nightclub located in Paris, France, which serves as the headquarters for the Paris Combat Revue in Sakura Wars 3.
Owned by Isabel Lilac, Le Chattes Noires is a massive structure that serves as the headquarters of the Paris Combat Revue. The structure actually goes deep underground with access to the Paris subway to allow the Éclair to go anywhere in the city. Throughout Paris are advertisement boards for the club that are actually tunnels that allow any Fleur Division member to be able to respond to an emergency in a near instant. Otherwise, the club acts as a front and a source of funding for the revue. The Fleur Division act in different roles on stage, with support division members Ci Caprice and Mell Raison acting as show girls and hosts for the various acts and Fleur Division captain Ichiro Ogami acting as a ticket clipper. The club is also the home of Erica Fontaine and Lobelia Carlini.
