Mell Raison (メル・レゾン, Meru Rezon) is one of Isabel Lilac's secretaries and maids and is a member of the first generation Paris Combat Revue's Support Division.

Mell is Grand-Mère's secretary and accountant/showgirl of Le Chattes Noires. She comes from a well-known family where she was taught about mannerisms seriously and unobtrusive, but thus very shy. She used to study literature at Sorbonne U for her love of poems. She met Ci Caprice when she snuck in and decided to drop out and join Le Chattes Noires where they became roommates and best partners ever since.

Etymology[]
- Her and Ci's name are a play on the French translation of thank you, "Merci.
