Norimichi Sakomizu (迫水 典通, Sakomizu Norimichi) is the Paris Kagekidan and Arc de Triomphe's Station Chief.

Norimichi is the Japanese ambassador and branch director of the newfound Paris Combat Revue, who is Ichiro Ogami's new superior during his "abroad study" at the Le Chattes Noires. A friendly and humorous gentleman, but was an excellent military strategist back in Japan, and the man responsible for Lobelia Carlini's arrest. He is also known to be a proficient sniper. He also tends to slack off to watch the Revue's shows, which often gets him in trouble by his secretary.

Etymology[]
- The name Norimichi means "rule, ceremony" (典) (nori) and "connoisseur" (通) (michi).
- Norimichi's surname Sakomizu means "urge, force, imminent, spur on" (迫) (sako) and "water" (水) (mizu).
