Plum Spaniel (プラム・スパニエル, Puramu Supanieru) known as Cherry Cocker in the English-language version is a member of the New York Combat Revue's Rainbow Division. She is a rollerskating waitress for the Littlelip Theater that delivers drink.

Plum is a relatively tall and very curvaceous woman who has short blonde hair and large, light blue eyes. Her usual attire is a ruffled white and navy blue waitress uniform complete with red accents and white, blue, and orange roller-skates, although she also wears the more militaristic official attire of the Rainbow Division on occasion.
